| Work related
experience or professional training that
is equivalent to a college level or
university level of learning and
demonstrates a balance between theory and
practice and relates directly to a course
of study in the student's program will be
awarded to the student in equivalent
credits. The student must submit a
written request and the appropriate
documentation to be awarded experiential
learning credit. |

 |
| .................................................................................................................................. |
 |
| To be
admitted as an undergraduate student an
applicant must be a High School graduate,
have earned an equivalency diploma, or
demonstrated the ability to pursue
college level study. Because
International City of America does not
generally offer lower division courses,
students should have completed all lower
division courses elsewhere or have the
life/work experiences that are assessed
as equivalent to required general studies
courses. |
|
 |
| .................................................................................................................................. |
 |
| To be
admitted as a graduate student, an
applicant must have a Bachelors degree or
its equivalent from a college or
university acceptable to the overseas
University. In very special
circumstances, a person without an
undergraduate degree, who can show
evidence of their relevant experience may
pursue studies as a provisional graduate
student. There will be no admittance to
the doctoral program without an
acceptable degree or its equivalent. |
|
 |
| .................................................................................................................................. |
 |
Applicants
will not be invited to enroll until all
necessary documentation is complete.
Applicants who are approved for admission
are not required to enroll; however, an
application will be held open and a
transfer evaluation will only be valid
for 90 days after an applicant is invited
to enroll.
Applicants who choose to delay enrollment
will be required to file a new
application and undergo a new evaluation.
Once the enrolment decision is made, the
student will be contacted by Faculty
Advisor to establish his/her academic
study plan. The students will also be
informed of the timetable of lectures. |
