Programme Structure

China commercial law and practice

This course provides a brief understanding of the business law and investment; credit and security law and land law and environmental law in the Chinese mainland.

China valuation principle

This course provides an understanding of the issues related to planning; valuation practices; market analysis and feasibility studies; real estate development strategies and finance in mainland China.

China accounting principle

Accounting reforms; contemporary accounting practices in China and financial reporting issues in China. This course provides a progressive and deeper understanding of accountancy practices for accounting practitioners and executives in China business.

China real estate development

The course provides a sound understanding of the built environments, legal, administration and marketing facets of the real estate and construction industry in China

China banking and finance law

This course provides an understanding of the new banking law, finance system, and evaluations of their impact and effectiveness when China joins WTO.

China marketing strategy

This course provides a sound understanding of China¡¦ joint ventures; structure and performance of product, service markets and high-tech products; retailers pricing and promotion strategies; partnering activities and relationship marketing; negotiation in China.

China tourism business

This course will provide a basis for competence in a broad range of complex, managerial and specialized work activities performed in a wide variety of travel and tourism industry contexts in China.

China logistic management

This course provides the up-to-date and in-depth knowledge of shipping, transport and logistics that is vital for China practices.
