Objectives
Construction is one of Hong Kong's leading industries and a large proportion of investment is expected to go into China's construction industry in the foreseeable future. The MBA in Construction Project Management provides a program of study for construction professionals who seek career prospects in construction management. The program emphasises academic knowledge and management skills in a construction context. It pays particular attention to managing the different phases of a construction project life cycle.:

Admission requirements

Applicants for the Master of Construction Project Management should hold an approved degree in building engineering, architecture, quantity surveying or equivalent.
A minimum of two (2) years of approved industrial experience in the building or construction industry
Candidates must be able to demonstrate English proficiency with an IELTS of 6.0 or better, with no sub-score lower than 5.5 or a 550 paper test TOEFL minimum.

Degree requirements
To be eligible for the award of Master of Construction Project Management, students must acquire 80Credit units.

Credits and Exemptions
Graduates of this Master degree meet academic requirements for the Professional Membership of Hong Kong Institute of Building (MHKIOB), and are eligible to apply for exemptions of the Master of Construction Engineering Management offered by Griffith University, Australia.:
