Objectives
Construction is one of Hong Kong's leading industries and a large proportion of investment is expected to go into China's construction industry in the foreseeable future. The MBA in Construction Project Management provides a program of study for construction professionals who seek career prospects in construction management. The program emphasises academic knowledge and management skills in a construction context. It pays particular attention to managing the different phases of a construction project life cycle.

Students may be eligible for a Professional Certificate in International Construction Project Management if they successfully complete "International Construction Project Management" in Module D.

Credits and Exemptions
Graduates of this Master degree meet academic requirements for the Professional Membership of
Hong Kong Institute of Building (MHKIOB), and are eligible to apply for exemptions of the Master of Construction Engineering Management offered by Griffith University, Australia.
