Completion of a Module and Award of BBA
A minimum of 70% attendance is required for satisfactory completion of a module. Students must obtain an average of 50% at least in the whole assessment of the program.

If a student fails in anyone module at the first attempt, he/she may sit once only for the remedial examination in the following term, paying an appropriate fee.
¡@
Participants who fail the remedial examination are allowed to retake the course by paying the individual course fees.
¡@
Language Medium
Cantonese supplemented with English. However, most course manuals in Module 2 will be in English.

Graduates can obtain exemptions up to 8 subjects (50%) of the Master Degree of Property Studies.

Graduates are eligible to receive 30 credit points (Total 48 points) of the Master of Property Development.

Graduates are eligible to apply exemptions up to 2 subjects of the Master of Engineering Management.

Exemptions
Applicants can apply for exemptions for up to 1 module + individual courses of the program before the course commencement date.
¡@
Students of the Professional Diploma in Property Management offered by HKIR, or equivalent programs, may apply for exemption for full Module 1.


Professional recognition: Holders of MBA can join Canadian Institute of Management (CIM) as the Chartered Manager (F.CIM).
